I originally wrote this piece in 2014, recorded it, and never released it. During the pandemic I stumbled upon it again and asked my friend Kia Kadiri to write some verses to it, and sent it to Timmy Boom Bap to produce it. I recorded the initial keyboard track and bass part in a downtown vancouver apartment in BC Canada. We recorded the drum track in Bellingham, Washington at Western Washington University. My vocal, Adam Thomas' background vocals and my synths came later at the studio of Adam Robert Thomas in Burnaby BC. Seven years later we added Kia's rap at Adam Thomas' studio in Burnaby and we got the great Thomas Ford to record the guitar part from his studio in the UK. Timmy Boom Bap added additional drums, synth, and drum programming from his studio in Vancouver BC. It was mixed and mastered by the great Spencer Cheyne in Calgary Alberta. This was a seven year project making this track! I hope you enjoy!
